Natural beeswax bar. This is the answer if your thread always ends up a tangled mess. And, for an added bonus, here's a trick I just learned from the amazing Linda - if at the end of your project you have a bit of wax build-up, just whip out your hair dryer; the wax will melt off, and your beads will be left with a glossy shine!
